Analytics

The dashboard Overview page shows consent analytics for the active domain. Open it from the sidebar, then pick a domain in the top bar. Charts cover the last 30 days unless a card says otherwise.

Stat cards

Four cards sit at the top of the page:

CardWhat it shows
Active planPlan name, renewal date, and sessions used this billing period
Cookies foundCookie count from the latest scan, with scan status and declaration version
Total consentsConsent events recorded this billing period
Consent rateShare of consent events that accepted, with the 30-day total

Charts

Three charts read from the same analytics data:

  1. Consent events: a daily line chart with three series, accepted, rejected and partial.
  2. Sessions and consent rate: daily unique sessions as bars, with the acceptance rate as a line on a second axis. Refreshed every 30 minutes.
  3. Visitor geography: top countries by consent event volume, as a horizontal bar chart. Country data needs consent logging on.

A session is one visitor over a 15 minute window, tracked with the os_sid cookie. A consent event is recorded each time a visitor accepts, rejects or saves a custom choice.

When charts are empty

Each chart shows an empty state until data arrives. A "Tracking pending" label means the snippet has not started reporting yet. Confirm the script is installed first-party in the page head, then check Verify installation.

Plan gating

Some charts depend on your plan. A locked chart shows an upgrade prompt instead of data. The stat cards stay visible on every plan.

Where the numbers come from

  • Sessions come from the os_sid session beacon the script fires.
  • Consent events come from the choices visitors save in the banner. Counts are always recorded.
  • Device, browser and country detail for each event is only stored when consent logging is on. See Consent logs.
